Although mostly famous for its online slots today, NetEnt started as more of an operator, creating online casinos and innovative software solutions. It was first around 2010 that their slot creations really started booming, with games like Dead or Alive, Gonzo’s Quest, Jack Hammer, and Starburst dominating the market. To be honest, we’re on team NetEnt’s side. We’ve been following them since we entered the industry and have had the pleasure of enjoying the renowned games they’ve released. Therefore, the nostalgia we get from entering one of their older games brings out a sadness in us as we realize that NetEnt is not the powerhouse they once were. With that said, they still make some great games, but need to step it up a notch to compete with all the top providers of today.
