Slammer Studios Review
With a new management- and math team, Blue Guru Games has now become Slammer Studios. Part of the existing portfolio will be carried over, but Slammer emphasizes that this is a fresh start and the birth of a new, innovative provider that specializes in crafting high-quality online slot games. Now, we looked at Blue Guru Games as one of the most interesting, smaller actors in the business, so if Slammer Studios is expected to take it to a new level, we could be in for something big. But it’s still early days, and the provider will, once again, have to make a name for themselves. We’ll keep you posted!
Slammer Studios Slots
At the time of writing this, Slammer Studios has only announced one game: Magawa vs Mines. The game is heavily inspired by previous Blue Guru games, such as Napoleon vs Rabbits and Aussies vs Emus. With that said, Magawa vs Mines has two aspects that give us a good vibe about the direction that Slammer is taking. First of all, the graphics are way sharper and cleaner than most products we saw Blue Guru produce, which is a department in which many providers fail to impress us. Secondly, several different bonus buys and, most importantly, an extra bet have been added. These things alone don’t magically boost a game, but they show that Slammer Studios is up-to-date and ready to compete with all other modern providers.
Slammer Studios Conclusion
Although Slammer Studios is a “new” provider, they bring a lot of industry experience from their time as Blue Guru Games. Thus, we do expect more from then than we would a new studio. And from what we have seen so far, it seems that this new face might just live up to the expectations. We’re thrilled to follow the journey!
