ComplianceOne Group Becomes a Member of the Netherlands Online Gambling Association

In a demonstration of its dedication to the Dutch market, ComplianceOne Group has joined forces with the Netherlands Online Gambling Association (NOGA). This partnership solidifies the compliance provider's association with NOGA. 

Playing a crucial role in the Netherlands, NOGA serves as the voice for the online gambling industry. By uniting regulated operators, suppliers, and various stakeholders, NOGA actively works towards establishing an appealing and secure market within the country. Prominent members of NOGA include industry leaders such as Flutter, Entain, Kindred Group, and bet365. 

In January 2022, Compliance One Group established a specialized office in the Netherlands, solidifying its presence in the country. Since then, it has rapidly emerged as the preferred compliance supplier for operators and providers aiming to venture into the Dutch market. In a recent development, earlier this year, de Graaff expressed concern regarding the obstacles that operators may encounter in response to the Dutch Gaming Authority's updated investigation regarding the duty of care that operators are expected to extend towards players. “Having worked with many licensed operators in the Netherlands since the framework went live in October 2021, the message I most often repeat is a simple one: treating regulation as a box ticking exercise won’t cut it,” he said during that time.
