Skillonnet Adds Amusnet’s Games on More Casino Sites, Thus Strengthening the Partnership

Amusnet Interactive and SkillOnNet have strengthened their partnership in Spain by adding more casino sites to the current portfolio, thus bolstering their market position. Amusnet’s games are now live on ten more casino sites, including megacasinos.es, PlayJango.es, Slotsmagic.es, and eucasino.es, among others.

Online gambling is somewhat new in Spain, with the first license issued in 2012. This expansion is an important step for the parties and lets them reach more players and expand their reach.

Edwin Cruz, Regional Business Development Manager at Amusnet Interactive, said: “We already have a strong presence on the Spanish iGaming market. Expanding our partnership with SkillOnNet on more casino websites gives us leverage and strengthens our positions. We look forward to extending it even more”.
Jani Kontturi, Head of Games at SkillOnNet, said: “Amusnet have a great portfolio of games which are really popular in Spain. By increasing the number of casinos, we are giving Spanish players more chances to access these hit games”

Gambling has been on the rise in Spain for the past few years. In 2021, studies showed that approximately 80% of the population had partaken in some sort of gambling in the past year. Interestingly enough, Carlos III University came to the conclusion that only 0.25% of gamblers fell into the “problem gambling” category. NHS did a similar study in the United Kingdom, where that number was almost double. The government of Spain takes pride in constantly implementing programs and legislations for responsible gambling, which seem to have paid off so far.

Not SkillOnNet’s First Rodeo

SkillOnNet is the fastest-growing online casino platform in Europe. They offer services such as licensing, marketing, and platforming for their customers. They power casinos such as PlayMillion and PlayOjo which features most of the popular provider brands. In 2020, Quickspin partnered with SkillOnNet, which means that prominent games such as Beastwood and Spinions Game Day are available on all SkillOnNet casinos.

Paul Myatt, Chief Commercial Officer at Quickspin, said: “SkillOnNet powers some of the most popular online casino brands in the world and we are thrilled to be able to offer our games to their players. Our games combine stunning graphics and illustrations with smart math to deliver a market-leading player experience that has seen our slots top charts at casinos in Europe and beyond. We believe they will be just as popular with SkillOnNet’s operator partners and, more importantly, their discerning players.”

SkillOnNet operates in most corners of the world, having rolled out deals with providers such as Wazdan and Bragg in Ontario, Toronto. Considering the online gambling sector is expanding rapidly in the United States, we won’t be surprised if SkillOnNet will be quick on the ball to explore that market.

For Amusnet Interactive, this new partnership will be a huge step in the right direction. Their content will be available for a larger audience and their journey will be interesting to follow. A small step for SkillOnNet, one giant leap for Amusnet.
