We’re not going to pretend that this is some groundbreaking, innovative banger that will win slot of the year, but for what it is, it’s an enjoyable game. For what it’s worth, we do think that the Free Spins feature in the Crabbin’ For Cash series is more fun than in many other fishing slots. The picking game ahead of the bonus adds an extra layer of excitement and a sense of player impact, even though it is, of course, pre-determined. 

One thing we find a bit odd is that despite Megaways an way more positions, the fishermen feel equally hard to land during the Free Spins. Sure, the math model still has to be kept intact, but it doesn’t feel like the Megaways changes the game as much as it should. Oh well. At least the Lightning Spins help Crabbin’ For Cash work a bit differently from other fishing games, keeping the game interesting for longer because of its different bonus games. With that said, we wouldn’t really call this an upgrade from previous Crabbin’ For Cash games.
