Wild Symbol

Wild symbols enable more winning combinations by substituting for other paying symbols. 

MultiPop

On every spin, a 2x multiplier is applied to random positions. When a symbol is part of a winning combination, it is replaced by another symbol, and the new symbol has a +1x multiplier applied to it. The multipliers remain until no more winning combinations are made. You can also receive golden multipliers at random, increasing the position multiplier by +5x. 

Unlock Mode

The Unlock mode is activated when you have made a winning combination on every position during a spin. Once unlocked, a random amount of Wild symbols will land on the reels. The multiplier increment is also increased to +2x for regular multipliers and +8x for golden multipliers.

JuicyPop Slot Conclusion

It’s always exciting to pop open a new pop game to see what AvatarUX has cooked up, but this one didn’t quite hit the spot. At times, it feels like they’ve run out of ideas on what to do with the pop mechanic, often only slightly altering the features of previous releases and putting a new skin on the game. Now, if a provider decides to re-use mechanics, we at least expect a lot of soul to be put into the visuals and presentation, but this looks like a slot they might as well have released 5 years ago. It’s not ugly or poorly designed, but it just adds nothing new to the table. 

With all that said, JuicyPop is still a FUN slot, just like Zombie aPOPalypse was. The multiplier building is satisfying to witness, and the golden multipliers add an edge to the game. So by all means, try JuicyPop out; just don’t expect anything spectacular in terms of innovation.
